Today was benchmark day. We took Benchmarks 25, 27, and 28 (all on similarity) and we also re-took benchmarks 32 and 33. Here is the solutions to HW: #48 that we went over before the benchmarks.
I also collected grade reports. A poor turnout, but you can turn them in for 75% credit next class or 50% credit next week.
After the benchmarks, we started polygons. Here are the notes that we covered. We didn’t get all the way through them, so no homework from the text. However, you will need your book tomorrow!
Coming up:
- Grade reports due today (13/14)
- Book day Thurs/Fri (15/16)
- No school Monday (19)
- Chapter 8 Test on similarity Tues/Wed (20/21)
- Benchmark Exam #2 Thurs/Fri (22/23)
Posting for points question:
Number your post after the previous entry. Then use this link to find the name of the polygon if your post number was the number of sides. I will demonstrate the first two.

Hey Mr. F., I know that this doesn’t have anything to do with answering the question but, it does have something to do with Geometry. My problem is that whenever I go on the grade reports, I get to the site but, when I go to select a class, it ONLY shows your third period. So I’m not so sure if its my computer or your site but please tell me if something happened to your site. Thanks!
